Suitable Substrates:

All substrates normally used in the building industry.

Recommendation:

• Do not add water or solvents to MST 300 Adhesive to increase workability.
  Use the product at temperatures between +10°C and +30°C.
• The packages are pre-dosed and, therefore, it is not possible to make mixing ratio errors. Do not estimate the quantities when mixing the two components: hardening will be compromised if the catalysing ratio is wrong.
• If residues of the product remain attached to the tiles, use water for cleaning while the residue is still fresh. Use AAA Cleaner if the product is hard, or remove mechanically.
• MST 300 Adhesive must not be used for sealing flexible joints or those which are subject to movement.
• MST 300 Adhesive must not be used on wet surfaces.
• MST 300 Adhesive must not be used on dirty or crumbly surfaces.

Mixing Ratio: 1 -1 resin to harder.

Consumption: 1.5 kg/m² per millimeter of thickness.
Generally the consumption rate of this products depends on many factors such as the size of slabs, the substrates, etc.

Application Temperature: from 10⁰ C to 30⁰ C.

In-service Temperature range: from -20⁰ C to 100⁰ C.

Pot life of mix: 20 minutes

Open Time: In 20⁰ C, it will be 20 minutes.

Adjustment Time: In 20⁰ C, it will be 30 minutes.

Storage’s condition: In unopened condition and stored in dry area without any moisture.

Shelf time: Best time to store is 15 months after production’s time.
